Boat Preparation, Launching, and Recovery: Learn the critical steps to prepare your boat, safely launch, and recover it.
Securing to a Buoy: Gain the skills to secure your boat to a buoy effectively.
Anchoring: Understand and practice proper anchoring techniques.
Leaving and Coming Alongside Pontoons and Other Vessels: Master the art of safely docking and undocking from pontoons and other boats.
High-Speed Maneuvers: Perform high-speed turns and runs with confidence.
Slow-Speed Maneuvers in the Marina: Navigate confined spaces with slow-speed maneuvers, including a three-point turn.
The International Rules for the Prevention of Collision at Sea: Familiarize yourself with the essential rules to prevent collisions.
Buoyage: Understand buoyage systems and their significance.
Man Overboard and Recovery: Practice essential man-overboard procedures and recovery techniques.
Charts, Tides, and Weather: Learn to read charts, understand tides, and interpret weather conditions.

Course Benefits: Upon completion of the Powerboat Level 2 course and applying to the Royal Yachting Association (RYA), you will be able to charter powerboats up to 10 meters in length almost anywhere in the world. This certification is also recognized for obtaining cheaper boat insurance.

Class Size and Personal Attention: We maintain a maximum of three students per instructor to ensure personalized attention and tailored instruction. For those desiring more focused training, one-to-one tuition is also available.

Age and Certification: The minimum age for this course is 12 years. For students between 12 and 16 years old, the certificate will be endorsed, requiring a responsible adult to be in attendance.

Post-Course Opportunities: After becoming certified, you have the option to hire our 6-meter RIB by the hour. This allows you to keep practicing and perfecting your skills so that your hard work doesn’t go to waste.
